Cardio Drumming with Claudia is a fun, low-impact workout that combines music and movement using drumsticks and exercise balls. Alzheimer’s Association Education Program
Elder Care is partnering with the Alzheimer’s Association to offer a free educational series for anyone interested in learning more about Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. These informative sessions are helpful for caregivers, family members, and community members who want to better understand memory loss and how to support those affected. We are pleased to introduce a new monthly offering at Elder Care’s Active Center: Card Making Class, led by Paula. This creative, hands-on class provides an opportunity to learn card-making techniques while enjoying a relaxed and social environment. When: QuarterlyTime: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PMCost: $5 for non-members (included with Active Center membership) This class is open to all skill levels and is a wonderful way to express creativity, connect with others, and create thoughtful handmade cards for any occasion.
