Brighter Living Care Manager

Brighter Living Services is seeking a compassionate dependable LPN who is good with seniors to become part of our team. Responsibilities include medication set-up, coordination of care, and health monitoring. This position has flexible hours.

Brighter Living Caregiver & Companions

Part-time

Elder Care is seeking mature, compassionate, dependable people to work in the homes of seniors. Will assist with errands, meal preparation, housekeeping, and more. Must be caring, organized, self-motivated, flexible, and able to pass a background check. Willing to work days, nights, and weekends as needed for clients. Home Health Aides (HHA)

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

Brighter Living Services is seeking motivated, compassionate, and dependable HHA/CNAs to support seniors in their homes. This position will provide the help people need to remain independent including transporting clients as needed and assisting with tasks in their homes. The right candidate will maintain a high degree of honesty and integrity at all times. They will perform all aspects of the job safely and use good judgment. They will maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all Elder Care customers, families, and employees and work to increase knowledge and skills in areas relevant to positions and customers. They will also be able to communicate openly and respectfully. It is required that all HHA/CNA’s maintain a valid driver’s license and auto insurance at all times. Must be able to pass a background check and reliable transportation is required.

DayBreak Activities Assistant

CNA (Full time)

Seeking experienced and compassionate person to lead participants in social activities designed to engage and make a difference in the lives of seniors. Must be vibrant, dynamic, and have a sincere passion for working with seniors. Monday through Friday, daytime hours.

Advantage Case Manager

Caring and dependable, the Advantage Case Manager needed to join our team. Bachelor’s degree or Nursing License with one year of experience working with the elderly required. Advantage Certification and experience with Harmony preferred but we will train the right person. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits. Case Manager

Seeking caring, dependable person with good time management skills to work with the elderly and disabled. RN or LPN preferred. BA degree with qualifying experience working with the elderly is also considered.  Medicaid Advantage certification is preferred, however, we will train.
