The ideal candidate is a currently certified Advantage Case Manager with strong documentation and time management skills who loves making a difference in someone else’s life. We offer flexible scheduling, mileage, paid time off, and a great team to work alongside. We will consider training the right person with a bachelor’s degree or active nursing license. Brighter Living

Brighter Living employees must be able to pass a background check to work in clients’ homes. Positions require flexibility of working days, nights, and weekends, and employees must have reliable transportation. Some positions require CNA, LPN, RN, HHA designations. The right candidates will maintain a high degree of honesty and integrity at all times. They will perform all aspects of the job safely and use good judgment. They will maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all Elder Care clients, families, and employees and work to increase knowledge and skills in areas relevant to positions and customers. They will also be able to communicate openly and respectfully. All positions require a valid driver’s license and auto insurance at all times.
