Full-time Advantage Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced Advantage Case Manager to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate is a currently certified Advantage Case Manager with strong documentation and time management skills who loves making a difference in someone else’s life. We offer flexible scheduling, mileage, paid time off, and a great team to work alongside. We will consider training the right person with a bachelor’s degree or active nursing license. We serve: Washington, Nowata, Craig, Osage, Ottawa, Mayes, Delaware, Rogers, and Kay Counties and will work with you to keep you close to your home area. Ability for daily in area travel is required.
