PWR! Moves®

Moves®, a research-based exercise program designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and coordination for individuals with Parkinson’s and other movement challenges. Cardio Drumming
Cardio Drumming with Claudia is a fun, low-impact workout that combines music and movement using drumsticks and exercise balls. Designed for all fitness levels, this class can be done seated or standing and helps improve cardiovascular health, coordination, balance, and mental focus while reducing stress.Tuesdays, 9:00–9:45 a.m.$5 per person or included with an EC Active Center membership.
