• Dinner with Friends

    Join us for a special Valentine’s Dinner with Friends on February 5 from 5:30–7:00 pm, featuring live music by Ashlee Elmore and a thoughtfully prepared meal.     We are pleased to introduce a new monthly offering at Elder Care’s Active Center: Card Making Class, led by Paula. This creative, hands-on class provides an opportunity to learn card-making techniques while enjoying a relaxed and social environment.   • PWR! Moves®

    Join us for PWR! Moves®, a research-based exercise program designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and coordination for individuals with Parkinson’s and other movement challenges. Classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00–1:00 PM at Elder Care in Bartlesville. Led by certified instructors in a supportive environment, PWR! Moves helps you stay active and independent.   • Cardio Drumming

    Cardio Drumming with Claudia is a fun, low-impact workout that combines music and movement using drumsticks and exercise balls. Designed for all fitness levels, this class can be done seated or standing and helps improve cardiovascular health, coordination, balance, and mental focus while reducing stress.Tuesdays, 9:00–9:45 a.m.$5 per person or included with an EC Active Center membership.     This week's topic will be: Valentine's Pizza Party! Let's Make Pizza with Our Care-Receivers. Join us each week for a supportive and welcoming caregiver group at Elder Care. Whether you're caring for a spouse, parent, or loved one, this free group offers a safe space to share experiences, learn practical tips, and find encouragement from others who understand the challenges of caregiving. Led by trained facilitators, the group meets weekly and is open to all caregivers in the community. You're not alone. Come connect, recharge, and find the support you need.
