PWR! Moves®
Elder Care 1223 Swan Drive, BartlesvilleJoin us for PWR! Moves®, a research-based exercise program designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and coordination for individuals with Parkinson’s and other movement challenges. Classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00–1:00 PM at Elder Care in Bartlesville. Led by certified instructors in a supportive environment, PWR! Moves helps you stay active and independent. Classes are $90 per quarter. Call 918-336-8500 to register.
Savvy Caregiver Program
Elder Care is committed to strengthening caregivers through education and community resources. The Savvy Caregiver® Program offers a three-week course focused on building caregiving skills, understanding dementia progression, and supporting caregiver well-being.Wednesdays | 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.Cost: $100 per personRegister in person at the Elder Care front desk or by calling 918.336.8500.
