Join us for PWR! Moves®, a research-based exercise program designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and coordination for individuals with Parkinson’s and other movement challenges. Classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00–1:00 PM at Elder Care in Bartlesville. Led by certified instructors in a supportive environment, PWR! Moves helps you stay active and independent. Elder Care is partnering with the Alzheimer’s Association to offer a free educational series for anyone interested in learning more about Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. These informative sessions are helpful for caregivers, family members, and community members who want to better understand memory loss and how to support those affected.
