PWR! Moves®

Join us for PWR! Moves®, a research-based exercise program designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and coordination for individuals with Parkinson’s and other movement challenges. Classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00–1:00 PM at Elder Care in Bartlesville. Led by certified instructors in a supportive environment, PWR! Moves helps you stay active and independent.
