Caregiver Support Group
This week's topic will be: Oh No! Visitors are Coming: How Do I Handle That? Join us each week for a supportive and welcoming caregiver group at Elder Care. Whether you're caring for a spouse, parent, or loved one, this free group offers a safe space to share experiences, learn practical tips, and find encouragement from others who understand the challenges of caregiving. Led by trained facilitators, the group meets weekly and is open to all caregivers in the community. You're not alone. Come connect, recharge, and find the support you need. Bake & Take – A Beginner’s Guide to Sourdough
Discover the art of sourdough baking with Bryan Freeman of The Eatery by 3 Kids & A Cake! Held at Elder Care, this interactive class will guide you through every step of creating delicious sourdough bread—from shaping and baking your loaf to understanding the techniques behind it. Each participant will take home a warm baked loaf and dough ready for baking later.
