Gentle Yoga with Lesta

Elder Care offers Gentle Yoga with Lesta. This eight-week session will focus on gentle stretching, core strengthening, and breathing techniques. Throughout the class, participants will be guided through gentle stretches for core strengthening that emphasize endurance, postural correction, and coordinated balance. The movements may be performed while seated or on the floor, and are suitable for both beginners or more advanced yogis. Classes are held Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 am to 10:50 am. Begins 4/1 and ends 5/22. The cost is $80 for the 8-week class. The cost is prorated after the 2nd week.  No membership is required, although a participation agreement/waiver is needed. Open to all adults.
