The Best Practice of the Year Award is given to an organization that displays outstanding initiative in the provision of services for older adults including a practice that demonstrates significantly improved access to services that enhance their quality of life and a practice that is unique to the organization and would be worthy of replication in other organizations.

The Award was given to our DayBreak Adult Day Health program for their partnership with the Green Country Pilot Club. The Pilot Club has been a wonderful partner for our DayBreak program by helping us to purchase computer programs and fiber optic light tubes.
