Join us for PWR! Moves®, a research-based exercise program designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and coordination for individuals with Parkinson’s and other movement challenges. Classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00–1:00 PM at Elder Care in Bartlesville. Led by certified instructors in a supportive environment, PWR! Moves helps you stay active and independent. LOUD Crowd®, a weekly group session that reinforces skills in a fun, supportive setting. It is designed to help you continue the gains made in the speech therapy program and helps strengthen the voice and improve communication. This resource is FREE to all. EC Active Center Class Singing Class with Kim | $5 per person | Every Wednesday | 11am - 12pm Discover the joy of singing in a welcoming, supportive environment. This fine arts class focuses on basic vocal techniques, breathing, and confidence-building through group singing. EC Active Center Class Tech Series in February with Donte  |  $5 per person | 1:15pm - 2:30pm Technology Training is a beginner-friendly digital skills series designed to help individuals navigate today’s technology with confidence. Using a patient and encouraging approach, the program covers smartphones, tablets, and computers while focusing on communication, safety, and accessibility. Participants will learn practical skills such as adjusting device settings, staying connected with others, and using technology in ways that support independence and everyday life. This sustainable learning series is ideal for those looking to build confidence and comfort with their personal devices. This week's topic will be: To Thine Own Self Be True! Loving Yourself: The Ultimate Challenge. Join us each week for a supportive and welcoming caregiver group at Elder Care. Whether you're caring for a spouse, parent, or loved one, this free group offers a safe space to share experiences, learn practical tips, and find encouragement from others who understand the challenges of caregiving. Led by trained facilitators, the group meets weekly and is open to all caregivers in the community. You're not alone. Come connect, recharge, and find the support you need.
