Join us for PWR! Moves®, a research-based exercise program designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and coordination for individuals with Parkinson’s and other movement challenges. Classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00–1:00 PM at Elder Care in Bartlesville. Led by certified instructors in a supportive environment, PWR! Moves helps you stay active and independent. This fine arts class focuses on basic vocal techniques, breathing, and confidence-building through group singing. Join us for a FREE monthly Parkinson’s Support Group at Elder Care, held on the first Monday of each month at 1:15 PM. This welcoming group offers education, encouragement, and connection for individuals with Parkinson’s and their care partners. Bingo | $5 per person | 2nd Thursday of the Month | 11am - 12:30pm It’s time to call “Bingo!” Join us at Elder Care on January 8, 2026, from 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. for a lively game of Bingo in the SE Classroom. Held every second Thursday of the month, this favorite activity is just $5 per class, or included with a $40 monthly membership covering all daytime activity classes.
