It is designed to help you continue the gains made in the speech therapy program and helps strengthen the voice and improve communication. This resource is FREE to all. Join us for PWR! Moves®, a research-based exercise program designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and coordination for individuals with Parkinson’s and other movement challenges. Classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00–1:00 PM at Elder Care in Bartlesville. Led by certified instructors in a supportive environment, PWR! Moves helps you stay active and independent. EC Active Center Class Find your balance and calm your mind with Tai Chi, a gentle practice that improves strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Join instructor Dixie Squires every Thursday at 9:00 am for this restorative class.
