Group class, a weekly group session that reinforces skills in a fun, supportive setting. It is designed to help you continue the gains made in the speech therapy program and helps strengthen the voice and improve communication. This resource is FREE to all. Moves®, a research-based exercise program designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and coordination for individuals with Parkinson’s and other movement challenges. Classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00–1:00 PM at Elder Care in Bartlesville. Led by certified instructors in a supportive environment, PWR! Moves helps you stay active and independent. 1 event,EC Active Center Class Find your balance and calm your mind with Tai Chi, a gentle practice that improves strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Join instructor Dixie Squires every Thursday at 9:00 am for this restorative class. Call Elder Care to reserve your spot! 918-336-8500 $5 each class or join our new monthly “EC Active Center” membership $40 and enjoy all the ECAC classes between 8am-4pm each day.
