EC Active Center Class Find your balance and calm your mind with Tai Chi, a gentle practice that improves strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Join instructor Dixie Squires every Thursday at 9:00 am for this restorative class. Paint & Sip
Paint and Sip | $30 per person | 6pm - 8pm Looking for a cozy and creative night out? Join us at Elder Care for Paint & Sip on March 26 from 6:00–8:00 PM. With step-by-step instruction from Krupali Patel, you’ll paint a colorful sunset with two birds sweetly perched on branches while enjoying an evening of conversation and creativity.
