Seniors Connect: Healthy Cooking with the Professional

Ashtyn Lashbrook is a Registered Dietitian. She currently works as a Clinical Dietitian at Ascension Jane Phillips Medical Center. She is a graduate from University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food management and a Master’s in Nutrition and Food Science. The Bartlesville native has returned home after graduating college and hopes to settle down here and become a contributing member of the community. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with family.

Lashbrook will prepare a healthy meal of stuffed peppers and maple-pumpkin yogurt parfait cups for each participant to take home. The cost is $10 per person, Please RSVP by calling Elder Care at 918-336-8500 by 9/6.
