Elder Care will host a panel of experts to discuss Alzheimer’s and dementia in our community. Panelists include Dr. Sarah Land-DO, founder of Central States Research in Tulsa. CSR is a dedicated clinical research site that can offer cutting-edge, FDA-approved treatments in multiple therapeutic areas, including varying stages of Alzheimer’s disease. Mr. John C. Holden is a former Elder Care board member and local attorney who specializes in elder law in Oklahoma and Arkansas. He counsels families on retaining assets and the cost of care for those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Ms. Sandi Pellow, Executive Director with the Alzheimer’s Association, Oklahoma Chapter, provides state-wide leadership, connecting families and individuals with important resources. Ms. Christina Bishop has been with Elder Care for 17 years with a behavioral science and psychology background and currently leads DayBreak Adult Day Health & Activity Center at Elder Care. Additional panelists will be announced.
