We are seeking full-time CNA’s to join our team. How will you spend your day? Our DayBreak CNA’s work to provide safe therapeutic activities focused on providing safe, engaging interactions, in a supportive environment. All while having fun with our participants. The right candidate must hold and maintain a current Oklahoma CNA License, the ability to lift at least 50 lbs., push 200 lbs., and walk or stand 90% of the time, while working. Good hearing and vision. Upon hire, will obtain/maintain current certifications in: First Aid, CPR, and Washington County Food Handlers. No cost to you! Transportation and Facilities Support
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transportation and Facilities Assistant. In this dual role, you will provide safe, reliable transportation for adults attending the DayBreak Adult Day Health program and perform routine housekeeping and maintenance duties. This position is essential to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our facility for all participants and staff. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical.
