Activity Leader (CNA)

We are seeking a full-time CNA to join our team.  How will you spend your day? Our DayBreak CNA’s work to provide safe therapeutic activities focused on providing safe, engaging interactions, in a supportive environment. All while having fun with our participants. The right candidate must hold and maintain a current Oklahoma CNA License, and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs., push 200 lbs., and walk or stand 90% of the time, while working. Good hearing and vision. Upon hire, will obtain/maintain current certifications in: First Aid, CPR, and Washington County Food Handlers. No cost to you! We are seeking an experienced Advantage Case Manager to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate is a currently certified Advantage Case Manager with strong documentation and time management skills who loves making a difference in someone else’s life. We offer flexible scheduling, mileage, paid time off, and a great team to work alongside. We will consider training the right person with a bachelor’s degree or an active nursing license. We serve: Washington, Nowata, Craig, Osage, Ottawa, Mayes, Delaware, Rogers, Pawnee, and Kay Counties, and will work with you to keep you close to your home area. Ability for daily in-area travel is required. This position will also provide the opportunity for multiprogram support as needed.
