What are the qualifications for volunteering?
To be a volunteer all you need is the desire to help, a loving heart and willing hands. Please consider donating your time to make the difference in an elderly person’s life and your life too!

ConocoPhillips and Phillips 66 each has a wonderful Volunteer Grant “Dollars for Hours” Program. In recognition of the various volunteer activities that employees and retirees dedicate to charitable organizations, and to further encourage these efforts, ConocoPhillips or Phillips 66 will donate $500 for every 20 hours an employee or retiree volunteers with an eligible 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Additionally, teams of four or more employees or retirees volunteering at least 40 hours on a specific project may apply for a team grant of $1,000 to an eligible organization. Employees and retirees will be eligible to receive two individual grants per year for eligible non-profit organizations. Individual organizations can receive up to $6,000 per year from the company.
If this applies to you, current employees can apply for a matching gift via the “Contributions and Community” section of COP eStream and retirees can apply online.
