1:00 pm – 1:45 pm
Program Registration: $5 per person/ class. Payment for the group of sessions is needed at registration.

Spring session begins 4/4 through 5/25

Yoga incorporates gentle stretching, core strengthening, and breathing. Class capacity is 8 people with five participants needed to offer the class. Group exercise classes are open to adults of all ages and skill levels.

 Life Movements at Elder Care focuses on balance, stability, everyday muscle movements, light cardio, strength, and endurance training. Open to adults of all ages.  Five participants are required to offer the class. Class size is limited. Participants must pass screening to participate. All classes are held at Elder Care.
