Life Movements: Tai Chi Tutorial

DIXIE SQUIRES, INSTRUCTOR
According to Dixie Squires, “Tai Chi has been helping its practitioners increase balance and focus for hundreds of years. It is composed of slow-motion martial arts movements and can be safely practiced by students of all ages.” Dixie Squires has been a student of Tai Chi Master Judy Fu for twelve years. She has taught tai chi for nine years in her ministry at Bartlesville First Church. More recently, she has also begun teaching year-round at Hopestone and during the summers at the Unity Square.
