Elder Care offers a group exercise class from 11:00 am – 11:50 am. Strength, stability, and light cardio. Open to all adults. Limited to 8 per class, with a minimum of 5 participants to make a class. Pre-screening required. Call Elder Care. 918-336-8500. Class is being offered in the spring from 3/20 through 4/24.
