Full-Time Business Assistant. Seeking an organized multi-tasker to join our team. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Financial reporting documents and budgeting for departments, payroll, coding of payable/receivables, managing payables in a timely fashion, petty cash audit. Managing the organizations’ business files and annual renewals. Updating and distributing updated policies and handbooks. Human resource duties such as: managing personnel files, orientation/training, vacation/sick leave tracking.
