Assisted Aftercare Facilitator. Elder Care Physical Therapy is looking for an enthusiastic team member to help lead our Assisted Aftercare Program. This individual will help guide our clients through their PT-recommended exercise programs within our clinic setting. The perfect candidate would be responsible, compassionate, and friendly.  No training certification is required, just an eagerness to help people stay active. Brighter Living Caregiver/Companions. Part-time. Elder Care is seeking mature, compassionate, dependable people to work in the homes of seniors. Will assist with errands, meal preparation, housekeeping, and more. Must be caring, organized, self-motivated, flexible, and able to pass a background check. Brighter Living Care Manager. LPN. Part-time. Brighter Living Services is seeking a compassionate dependable LPN who is good with seniors to become part of our team. DayBreak Activities Assistant. Full-time CNA. Elder Care’s adult day health center is seeking an experienced and compassionate person to lead participants in social activities designed to engage and make a difference in the lives of seniors. Home Health Aides (HHA)/Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Brighter Living Services is seeking motivated, compassionate, and dependable HHA/CNA’s to support seniors in their homes. This position will provide the help people need to remain independent including transporting clients as needed and assisting with tasks in their home. The right candidate will maintain a high degree of honesty and integrity at all times. They will perform all aspects of the job safely and use good judgment. They will maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all Elder Care customers, families, and employees and work to increase knowledge and skills in areas relevant to position and customers. They will also be able to communicate openly and respectfully. It is required that all HHA/CNA’s maintain a valid driver’s license and auto insurance at all times.
