Full-Time Service Coordinator. Seeking compassionate and dependable person to join our team. The Service Coordinator’s top responsibilities include: Serving as the first point of contact for inquiries/referrals. Provide building tours and program information while building relationships with clients and families. Assist with employee and organizational events. Must be able to understand and empathize with people in need and assist them in finding the service or resources. Must be pleasant, motivated, organized, have strong oral and written communication skills, and be willing and able to learn under a mentor. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Full-Time Business Assistant. Seeking an organized multi-tasker to join our team. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Financial reporting documents and budgeting for departments, payroll, coding of payable/receivables, managing payables in a timely fashion, petty cash audit. Managing the organizations’ business files and annual renewals. Updating and distributing updated policies and handbooks.
