Positions require flexibility of working days, nights, and weekends, and employees must have reliable transportation. Some positions require CNA, LPN, RN, HHA designations. The right candidates will maintain a high degree of honesty and integrity at all times. They will perform all aspects of the job safely and use good judgment. They will maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all Elder Care clients, families, and employees and work to increase knowledge and skills in areas relevant to positions and customers.
